Who it's for

AI visibility for agencies

Show each client where they stand, what changed and what to do next.

Example, using invented brands · planned concept

Your questions, not another tracking project

Clients ask three questions: does AI recommend us, why is a competitor named instead, and did the work we shipped change anything? Top of Answer answers each one with saved evidence: an Overview and heatmap for where the brand stands, competitor reasons and cited sources for why others are picked, and My plan with before/after views for what changed. Today each account tracks one brand. Multi-client workspaces and white-label reports are Soon.

Tasklane · visibility over time

You: Published comparison page

Method: model updated

Changes after an action are observations, not proof that the action caused them.

Since your last check

Win

Tasklane is now mentioned on client reporting questions. Claude names its reporting workflow as a reason.

Watch

Still missing on budget questions. Perplexity recommends Northdesk for its lower price.

1. Explain a brand’s current position

Use an Overview summary, question-by-engine heatmap and competitor evidence to explain what the selected engines actually returned. Open a KPI to inspect the answers behind it, and distinguish named brands from cited sites. Keep the discussion specific to the selected prompts, country, language and successful coverage. The invented Tasklane example report shows what clients will see.

2. Turn findings into a traceable plan

Add the recommendation or source gap you choose to My plan. The task retains its relationship to the evidence and questions, helping you explain why the action was selected. Mark it done only when the work ships. Later checks can show before/after observations on linked questions and You markers on the trend chart. Model updates get separate Method markers, so a provider change is not quietly credited to agency work.

3. Share the evidence

CSV export helps you work with saved results outside the report. Founding members can have Slack deliver the completed weekly summary to the selected channel with metrics, win/watch reasons and the next step. Links return to the web report.

A workflow your team can follow

Start with your brand domain, measurement language and country. Review the buyer questions before running a check. Optional brand context records what you do, key messages and facts AI should get right. Suggestions can help you get started, but you choose the questions and can keep, replace or skip near-duplicates. Once answers are saved, explore the report and open the evidence behind a finding. Weekly tracking reuses your saved questions and settings, so each check is comparable with the last. Start with the questions your buyers actually ask. Add brand context so recommendations fit what you do. When a next step is worth doing, add it to My plan, ship it and review the answers that follow.

What it doesn't do

A change after shipped work shows correlation, not proof of cause. We don’t guarantee a client’s rank or measure their traffic and sales.
