AI visibility for marketing & brand teams

Know whether your message appears in AI answers, and what buyers hear instead.

Example, using invented brands

Your questions, not another tracking project

You have a positioning document, campaigns and messages your team has worked hard to make clear. Then a buyer asks an AI engine for a shortlist and gets a different story. The challenge is not just whether your name appears. It is which features, benefits and caveats come with it, which competitors are named beside you and whether that picture changes next week. Top of Answer helps teams that do not want to build and maintain that tracking themselves. It preserves the answers so the conversation can start with evidence instead of a screenshot from one chat.

1. See the description buyers receive

Read saved brand traits and competitor recommendation reasons across the questions you selected. Compare features, quality, price/value, ease of use, support and trust where there is enough evidence. A table accompanies the chart, and example evidence links back to the answer. Use it to spot messages worth clarifying.

2. Find the questions where competitors lead

Filter questions by topic, intent or funnel stage and look at the engines where your brand is absent. Competition and Sources show who is named instead and which sites are cited in those answers. Open those exact pages before deciding on an action. A gap may point to a review profile, comparison page or editorial conversation worth pursuing.

3. Keep the weekly discussion concrete

Bring a summary of the numbers, a win and a watch item to your team. Add a relevant next step to My plan, mark it done when it ships and review what happened afterwards on linked questions. Eligible projects can send the saved weekly summary to Slack. Full answer text remains in the report. This gives leadership a compact update while preserving a path back to the underlying evidence.

A workflow your team can follow

Start with your brand domain, measurement language and country. Review the buyer questions before running a check. Optional brand context records what you do, key messages and facts AI should get right. Suggestions can help you get started, but you choose the questions and can keep, replace or skip near-duplicates. Once answers are saved, explore the report and open the evidence behind a finding. Weekly tracking reuses your saved questions and settings, so each check is comparable with the last. Start with the questions your buyers actually ask. Add brand context so recommendations fit what you do. When a next step is worth doing, add it to My plan, ship it and review the answers that follow.

What it doesn't do

Top of Answer measures AI answers, not customer opinion or a buyer survey. It doesn’t guarantee a rank or measure traffic and sales.

Questions and answers

No. It measures answers from AI engines to your selected questions, not opinions from customers or a representative survey of buyers.

Yes. About your brand accepts what you do, key messages and facts AI should get right. Future recommendations and the report assistant use that context; old summaries are not rewritten.

Your first check is free: up to 10 questions on 4 AI engines, no credit card. Weekly tracking, change alerts over time and the Slack summary are available to founding members during the beta; wider access is Soon. Nobody is charged during the beta.
