Competitors & sentiment
See who AI picks instead and the evidence behind how it describes each brand.
What you see
Being named is only part of the picture. An answer may favour another product for price, features or a particular job. Competition brings those named alternatives and saved reasons together, so you can examine where your message is clear and where another brand is being recommended. Keep a defined competitor list for comparisons, and inspect other alternatives that actually appear in your saved answers.
- Tracked competitor mentions alongside named alternatives from the same saved answers.
- Share of voice and observed positions, with the underlying question and engine visible.
- Six description dimensions: features, quality, price/value, ease of use, support and trust.
- A radar view and a table of the same scores, with example quote or recommendation evidence.

How it works
Start with your brand domain, measurement language and country. Review the buyer questions before running a check. Optional brand context records what you do, key messages and facts AI should get right. Suggestions can help you get started, but you choose the questions and can keep, replace or skip near-duplicates. Once answers are saved, explore the report and open the evidence behind a finding. Weekly tracking reuses your saved questions and settings, so each check is comparable with the last.
What it doesn't do
Sentiment reflects what AI answers say, not customer reviews. Dimensions with fewer than three mentions show Not enough data instead of a score. We don’t guarantee a rank against competitors.
